Returns must be received back within 30 days arrival date for a refund or exchange. All items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, unsoiled and any labels must be attached.

Email us at info@drift-tide-performance.com first to begin a return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send us back the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once we have received the item(s) being returned, we will issue you a refund (in the event of a return) to the original form of payment minus the return shipping label cost. For exchanges, we will issue you store in the from of a gift card so that you are able to repurchase the item(s) of your choice.

Please include original packing slip in return package if available. Additionally, please have the following information ready when asking for an exchange or return:

1. Invoice Date

2. Invoice Number.
